Co-Founder
An experienced education and operations leader, Tariq has led high-impact functions at Cardiff Sixth Form College, WE Bridge Academy and Cardiff Academy, following management roles with Barclays, NatWest and the UK Home Office.
With an MBA and a calm, hands-on style, he brings together operational discipline, safeguarding awareness and an enduring commitment to student-centred service.

An international education leader and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience, Imran was formerly Academic Director at Cardiff Sixth Form College and has led high-performing education institutions in China.
His work combines academic leadership, international partnerships and responsible education innovation to help students recognise opportunity and pursue it with confidence.
