- Messages, call notes, correspondence and consultation records.
- Parent or guardian details where a student is under 18 or where a family asks to be involved.
- Documents you choose to provide after we have explained why they are needed and how they will be handled.
- Basic technical and security information generated when you use our website.
How we use information and our lawful bases
- To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract.
- To provide agreed education consultancy services and administer our relationship with you.
- To operate, protect and improve our services where this is in our legitimate interests and does not override your rights.

- To send optional marketing only where we have the required permission. You can opt out at any time.
Children and safeguarding
Our services may involve students under 18. We collect only information reasonably needed to support the student, involve a parent or legal guardian where appropriate, and apply additional safeguards to children’s information.
Please do not send passports, health information or other sensitive documents through the website enquiry form. We will provide an appropriate method if such information is genuinely required.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only where needed for the stated purpose. Recipients may include our website, email and secure technology providers; professional advisers; education institutions or application services you ask us to work with; and vetted third-party guardian, legal or immigration-advice providers where you ask us to arrange or introduce support.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect a child or another person from harm. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Students, institutions and service providers may be located outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and proportionate safeguards. You may ask us for more information about the safeguards used.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable contractual, safeguarding, insurance, accounting or legal requirements.
Enquiries that do not become active client relationships are normally reviewed after 12 months from the last meaningful contact and deleted or anonymised unless there is a documented reason to retain them. Active client, financial and safeguarding records follow a category-specific retention schedule and are securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

- Ask for access to your personal information.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Ask for deletion or restriction where the law allows.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing.
