Our principle

Recommendations should be based on the student’s circumstances and objectives, not solely on whether Academic UK may receive a commission or referral benefit.

Disclosure

Before a relevant decision or engagement, we will explain whether Academic UK has a material commission, referral or commercial arrangement connected with a recommended institution or provider. You may ask us for more information about the nature of that arrangement.

This statement does not mean that Academic UK currently has an arrangement with every institution or provider mentioned on the website.

Choice and conflicts

Where suitable options exist outside our commercial relationships, we will not exclude them merely because no commission is available. We will disclose and manage conflicts that could reasonably be expected to affect impartial advice.
