What you can expect from us

  • Advice centred on the student’s goals, circumstances, wellbeing and informed choice.
  • Clear, honest communication about options, limitations, fees and third-party relationships.
  • No promise of admission, scholarship, visa or other outcome we do not control.
  • Respect for culture, identity, disability, belief and family context.
  • Confidential and proportionate handling of personal information.
  • Original, truthful applications that preserve the student’s authorship and academic integrity.
  • A clear complaints route without disadvantage for raising a concern.

What we ask from students and families

  • Provide complete, accurate and authentic information and documents.
  • Tell us promptly about changes, deadlines, offers or concerns.
  • Participate actively in decisions and retain responsibility for final submissions.
  • Treat advisers, institutions and service providers respectfully.
  • Do not ask us to misrepresent qualifications, write assessed work or conceal material facts.

Independent decisions

The student or their authorised parent or guardian makes the final decision. We will explain material conflicts or commercial relationships that could reasonably affect a recommendation.
